Great Success of the Charity Concert for the Hong Kong Anti-Cancer Society

Beyond the music, a warm delivery of love and care to cancer patients and their caregivers. ❤️

The Hong Kong Medical Association Charitable Foundation (The HKMACF), in collaboration with the HKMA, have staged the Annual Charity Concert on Sunday, 16 August 2026. All proceeds raised through the concert go directly to the Hong Kong Anti-Cancer Society “Love in Action” Cancer Care Companion Programme, supporting late-stage cancer patients aged 18 to 60 and their caregivers with practical needs along their journey.

💗 The concert raised HK$375,000, which will go directly toward assisting patients and families in need. We are deeply grateful for the incredible generosity of our donors, whose support enables us to walk alongside patients and caregivers through their fight against cancer.

🎶 The HKMA Orchestra and Choir delivered a spectacular musical feast featuring classical masterpieces and familiar favourites. Towards the end of the evening, the performers led an interactive sing along with the audience, creating a warm and unforgettable finale.

The event was graced by our Honor of Guest, VIP guests, and representatives from the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR, who joined our donors and audience in witnessing a charity concert dedicated to sharing care through music.
